2025 FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

Please read all information before submitting this application.

LOCATION:      Leclaire Park, 900 Hale Avenue, Edwardsville, IL 62025

HOURS:            11:00 am to 5:00 pm

FEE:                   $50 per single 10’ x 10’ space; $40 for each additional item.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: 9/30/25

NOTE: FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Fee does not include tent, table, chairs, equipment, etc. Vendor is responsible for all supplies required to prepare, sell and serve their food and/or beverages.

Food preparation guidelines from the Madison County Health Department are available upon request. After September 1, approved products are awarded on a first come, first served basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Non-refundable fee required of ALL vendors. Vendor fee will only be returned if application is not accepted. Fee is for space only; no tent, table, etc. will be provided. Friends of Leclaire reserves the right to deny application for any vendor deemed inappropriate to the festival. Submit a separate vendor application for each product or activity. You are required by law to report your sales to the State of Illinois. The Illinois Special Event Tax Collection Coupon will be provided to accepted vendors. Following the completion of Leclaire Parkfest, FOL will report our Vendor list to the City of Edwardsville. Please follow the State's submission guidelines per the coupon when remitting your taxes. Certificates of insurance for Friends of Leclaire are on file with the City of Edwardsville.
